I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed I was with my order of a Louis Seat.  It was beautifully covered with the material I sent you and it only took a week to reach me.  It looks lovely.

  We took delivery of our 2 drawer wardrobe today painted in Ivory with lovely chunky painted knobs. Thank you so much, WE LOVE IT!!!!

I have only just opened my ottoman and I just wanted to say "thank you very much".  You very kindly put caster wheels on the bottom so that I can move the ottoman around easily and a little tab so that the lid can be lifted easily.  The ottoman is a little higher therefore, but still great. The fabric is divine and the tab is to be highly recommended. It's great. Thanks again!

Just wanted to email to say thank you for the service you gave in delivering my purchases:  I rang on Monday 28th June as I hadn't heard and you informed me that my purchases were going to be delivered the following Monday 5th July.  I explained that the items were for my newly decorated hall and I wanted them before 4th July as I had a big family party (wanted it all to look nice).  You organised for the furniture to be delivered in a different manner for Thursday 1st July and the baskets to be posted - all arrived safely and in time.  And they are lovely - admired by my guests!
 
Thank you for being responsive and seeking to get the items to me in time - much appreciated!  Also the young lady I spoke to on the phone was at all times very friendly and very polite.
