How to place
an Order
You can order products directly from this site from our Ready-to-Order
range. Simply find the product you wish to order, add it to your
Order (sometimes known as a 'Shopping Cart') and follow the instructions.
We accept online payments in a secure environment by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (Switch).
Items from our Custom-Made range may be ordered
via traditional means:

to Friday, and by answerphone at other times. Payment can be made
by Mastercard, Visa or Maestro (Switch).

Visa or Maestro (Switch).

Using
your own Fabric
Fabric requirements given on this site are approximate.
For accurate fabric amounts, please let our staff know the design
of covers you wish to have made, together with the width of the
fabric and size of pattern repeat.
We are also happy to source fabrics for you and
can supply most fabrics, please give us a call on 01264 365 808

Sending
your own Fabric
Arrangements can be made to collect the fabric from you. A
charge of £12.00 per parcel is made for collections within the UK.

Please make sure your parcel is clearly marked with your name and your customer number (your customer number will be confirmed to you once you have completed your order). We recommend that you send your parcel recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for fabrics that may get lost in the post to us.

Our Delivery Policy
Most standard, uncovered/calico covered items are delivered within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days in case of any delay. Custom made items may take up to 6 weeks.
Deliveries take place weekdays 7am-5.30pm and most small items are delivered by Citilink or Parcelforce carrier. For failed deliveries please telephone the number shown on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery.
We do appreciate that some of our customers require more exact delivery times - we are able to arrange this. Please contact our customer services team for a quotation.
Delivery Charges:
Information about the delivery charge for each product is available at the bottom of each product page.
Small items are subject to a £10 delivery charge per order, not per item.
Large or heavy furniture items are charged individually, at either £15, £25 or £35 per item. For multiple orders a maximum of £60 will be charged.
We can currently only deliver items ordered online to the mainland UK. If you wish to order items for delivery to other countries, please order our latest catalogue and we can quote you exact shipping prices.

Terms & Conditions
of Ordering
When you order from The Dormy House, you
are accepting that you have read and understood these terms and
conditions:
1. The right is reserved to change specifications,
colours & prices of items described on this site at any time.
All dimensions are approximate. Colours are intended as a guide only due to the limitations of the accuracy of computer monitors. Fabric swatches can be supplied by contacting us at +44 1264 365808.
2. We may change these terms from time to time
without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders
received.
3. Delivery can only be made to the countries
named in the Delivery Section. All goods must be signed for by an
adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
4. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are
specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver
goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally
inevitable.
5. Goods are subject to availability. In the event
that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this
as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have
already paid for the goods.
6. The price you pay is the price displayed on
this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and
ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we
will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable
to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel
and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
7. We will take all reasonable precautions to
keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we
are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as
a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
8. The contract between us shall be governed by
the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved
exclusively in the courts of England.

Confirmation of your Order
Upon receipt of your order a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order and how to get in touch with us with any enquiries. Please quote your customer number in any correspondence to help us deal with your enquiry quickly.

The
Dormy House Guarantee
We want you to be more than happy with your goods.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We will be happy to exchange, replace or refund
providing the goods are returned unused and in their
original packaging.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods
which are lost in transit. If you would like to use our collection service to return unwanted goods, please contact us.
Custom made items cannot be returned unless they
are damaged or faulty.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you want to return your goods for an exchange or refund you may do so within 14 days, providing the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
We can collect the goods from you using Parcelforce at £12.00 per parcel - they collect anytime from 2pm - 5pm - please contact us to arrange collection. Alternatively please return the goods to: The Dormy House Furniture & Soft Furnishings Ltd., Stirling Park, Portway, Andover, Hants, SP10 3TZ, UK.

Dealing with
Complaints
All purchases are covered by our guarantee - please see above.
In the unlikely event you have a complaint please
contact us by email or telephone quoting your order number - to
be found on the email confirmation you received when you placed
your order.
We promise our complaints procedure will be fair,
confidential, effective and quick.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and will
provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep
you informed throughout the process.
Our aim is to resolve all complaints within 7
days.

Privacy
Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the
best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you
have given us your consent.
We will not pass your e-mail address to any third parties.
The type of information we will collect about
you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about
you without your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up
to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct
it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside
the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent
first.
We do not use cookies on this site.

your credit card & personal details are both gathered securely
and stored securely where they cannot be accessed by anyone other
than The Dormy House staff. This means that the information you
send to us is encrypted in such a way that other Internet users
are prevented from viewing your information. Our site utilises the
maximum level of encryption allowed by your browser.
For peace of mind, look out for the padlock
on the bottom right hand corner of your browser window when you
are placing your order - this signifies that you are currently connected
via SSL to our secure server.
