Hi Holly, I just wanted to say thank you to you and all your team at Dormy House - Vicky in particular, who went to great lengths to allow my bedhead and basket to be delivered and left outside the front door of my flat during working hours, as i wasn't in a position to take time off work to be in to receive them. It wasn't straightforward as it involved a lot of calls to your delivery company to explain that i wanted them left outside (at my own risk etc) on the third floor of my building - but i got home to find the bedhead on Tuesday and the basket today outside my door as requested, intact and not stolen (!) just as i had asked.
I appreciate this is probably all part of your service but i just wanted to say how much i appreciate Vicky having taken the time to arrange it all as it was beyond the call of duty and i might otherwise have had to pay for weekend delivery etc.

This is just a belated big thank you for sending a replacement table top for the damaged one we had received previously. With four hinges I’m sure this table will be more stable than the previous one with three hinges. The table arrived well wrapped and protected and in pristine condition. I can confirm that the TV Unit was delivered without any problems. It fits exactly and looks really good. The finish and colour are just what we wanted.   We took delivery of our 2 drawer wardrobe today painted in Ivory with lovely chunky painted knobs. Thank you so much, WE LOVE IT!!!!
