We are delighted to say that our delivery times are slowly getting ‘back to normal after the events and consequential delays of the last year.
Please rest assured that we will be working hard to complete your order as quickly as possible for you. Much like many other businesses, we continue to battle with the impact of Covid, including members of our team being asked to isolate. This is, unfortunately, having some impact on our delivery schedules.
Our aim is to return to an 8-week delivery schedule as swiftly as possible, but we currently kindly ask for your patience in allowing for your new purchase to arrive.
We will endeavour to keep you updated along the way, and if we are able to deliver sooner, we certainly will.
CURRENT DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Upholstery and Soft Furnishings, including beds and mattresses – 4 to 6 weeks
Armchairs and sofas – 8 to10 weeks
Painted furniture - large furniture – 10 to 12 weeks
Painted furniture - small accessory items - up to 6 weeks.

Delivery is often seen as the unwanted charge at the end of your order, however, there is always a cost involved in delivering furniture that can sometimes be cumbersome and heavy.
We don’t want you to pay over the odds for this important service, so we’ve structured our delivery so that you will only ever pay for the largest items’ delivery cost regardless of how many items you order at any one time.
So here’s how it works:
All our products have been grouped into one of four delivery price bands:
(A) Accessories £10
(L) Light furniture £15
(M) Medium weight £25
(H1) Heavy furniture £45 (two-man delivery)
(H2) Heavy furniture £70 (two-man delivery)
(H3) Light modular £100 (two-man delivery or
(H4) Large modular £140 (two-man delivery)
These bands apply to each individual item and items are delivered to your door. If more than one piece of furniture is ordered, remember that you will only ever pay for the largest items’ delivery cost regardless of how many items you order. So, if you buy two accessory products and one medium weight product, your delivery charge will only be £25, the cost of the largest item.

Your heavy furniture will be delivered and assembled with all packaging taken away. Our specialist team will contact you when the furniture is ready and arrange a mutually convenient date and time for delivery to take place.
A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
During delivery, the delivery crew will assess a safe path to the designated delivery point. If the route is unsafe or the Delivery Crew considers it is possible the product or your property will be damaged due to the access, the Delivery Crew will leave it at the closest safe place or as the delivery crew to attempt delivery. Safety footwear cannot be removed by the delivery crew to make a delivery; therefore, floors and stairways should be covered with sheets and any pictures /ornaments to the delivery point should be removed.
ACCESSORIES, LIGHT, MEDIUM WEIGHT FURNITURE (one man delivery to your door)
On the day of despatch from us, the courier will send a courtesy email or text message informing you that they are in receipt of your parcel and to expect it the following day.
You will also be given a consignment number so that you can track your delivery. On the day of delivery, they will send another email or text message indicating that your parcel(s) are on the way and provide you with a time slot. If you are not going to be able to receive your delivery you will have ample opportunity to make alternative arrangements with the courier directly.
HEAVY FURNITURE (two-man delivery)
After the courier has collected your furniture from us they will contact you by phone to make arrangements for delivery on a mutually convenient day. Your delivery will be taken to the room of your choice (subject to access).
Please let us know of any potential access issues prior to delivery, as we do not want to be faced with taking a wardrobe up a spiral staircase unless we are prepared!
