Use our simple diagram, and easy to use online planner to configure a corner desk. The modular desk is 160cm long on each wall. There has to be one pedestal of your choice at either end of the corner desktop, and if you wish you can then add on more pedestals and tops, creating a large corner desk that fills the space you wish to use. Note that a single pedestal is 40cm wide and the double cupboard is 80cm. If you wish to include knee hole spaces, please allow 80cm for these. Corner tops rest on batons that are attached to the adjacent pedestals and are supported at the back with a metal leg. Where possible we will try to combine one straight worktop with the corner so that there are fewer joins. Note that the back of the corner top has a cut out for cable management, keeping things neat in your home office.
Whether you’re working on a desktop computer or a laptop, the space provided by an office corner desk can make it a worthwhile investment. A large corner desk gives you the room to spread out paperwork, and perform tasks that aren’t on screen without having to move your machine out of the way. We offer a range of designs to complement a corner desk. You can use the vertical space above the desk by adding desktop shelves. These introduce easily accessible open storage and they can be used singly or joined to form a long row. The bottom shelf is set at a fixed height of 49cm and the two shelves above are adjustable. You can also keep small items to hand on your desk without them spreading by opting for a desk gallery. It has two drawers and three cubbyholes, so you can keep notepads, stationery, pens and pencils, paperclips and all your other office essentials neat. Don’t forget our range of office chairs, either. They’ll make taking a seat at your corner desk comfortable but the handsome designs won’t look out of place in your home, and they can be upholstered in the fabric of your choice.
