Product description

Sumptuously upholster in your choice of statement and unique fabrics will take your bedroom style to a whole new level. 

We have two height options; 100cm or 120cm high which is the height measured above the mattress.

The Regal Square Headboard comes plain upholstered in your choice of fabric over 5cm thick foam in our choice of fabric from our collection or you can send us your own fabric to use.

Piping along the back edge adds an elegant finishing touch and gives a defined edge. Piping is optional and can be made from the same fabric as the main headboard or in a contrast fabric.  

If, for example, you are having a valance made in a different fabric from your headboard, you might want to pipe the headboard in the same fabric as the valance to bring your scheme together.

Fitting: Headboards can be either attached to your divan base with the struts provided or you can choose to have wall fixings instead.

Sending your own fabric?

Fabric quantities are based on a fabric that is no less than 137cm wide and quantities are based on a plain or small patterned fabric. For varying fabrics please ask and we can advise you on how much fabric to send. 
Please note, headboards H: 100cm in order to avoid joins, we will automatically railroad plain fabrics, including velvets and all over small patterned fabrics. You must let us know if you don't want this to be done. (railroading means turning the fabric so using the fabric length along the width of the board) Headboards height of 120cm has to be joined.

Delivery and product assembly

Headboards are normally delivered to your door except when ordered together with one of our divans when they will be taken to your room of choice and fitted. If you choose wall fixings our delivery team will not fix to the wall. If you choose wall fixings our delivery team will not fix the headboard to the wall. Find out more

Delivery Times and rates

Our furniture is made for you in our Hampshire workshop. 

Painted furniture
Production lead time is around 8 weeks
Please allow approx. 10 painted furniture to arrive.

Sofas and armchairs – allow 8-10 weeks
Beds & mattresses – within 3-4 weeks
Headboards, footstools and other upholstery orders – within 4-6 weeks
Curtains, blinds and other soft furnishing orders – 4-6 weeks.

Delivery times may vary as they depend on the delivery location. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date.

Our standard 2-man delivery on heavy furniture is to most of mainland UK, but doesn’t cover the following areas:
AB, CH, DD, DH, DG, EH, EX, G, HS, IV, KA, KH, KY, KW, LA, LL, LS, ML, NE, PA, PH, PL, TD, TQ, SA, SR, TR, ZE.
We can still deliver to these areas but please email us at sales@thedormyhouse.com for a quotation.
